• Shipping is available within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Freight Delivery Details

Many of our larger items are shipped via third-party freight carriers. If your order includes freight shipping, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. Please ensure the phone number you provide at checkout is accurate so the carrier can reach you.

Order Confirmation and Payment

• Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and your payment was authorized.
• Your credit card will not be charged until the item has shipped, unless it’s a backordered item that requires prepayment to reserve it.

1. Return Time Frame

You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this time frame.

2. Shipping Costs

• If your item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping expenses.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days. We will assist you in arranging a return at no cost. Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will either issue a full refund (including shipping) or send you a replacement.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days to return it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You will need to pay for return shipping. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
